Acoustic Project Lead

    We are seeking an experienced Acoustic Project Lead to join our R&D team in Solingen, Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acoustic engineering and a passion for sound reinforcement and live entertainment.


As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to turn our ideas and those of our OEM/ODM customers into internationally successful, cutting-edge speaker systems for professional applications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex projects involving multiple departments, from concept phase to mass production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative speaker systems.
  • Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with OEM/ODM customers.

Requirements
  • Acoustic engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project management, preferably in the audio industry.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent English skills.
