Head of Digital Project Engineering

Are you ready to take on a leadership role in digital project engineering and drive innovation at Vattenfall? We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Digital Engineering department, a one-stop-shop for all digital solutions, infrastructure, and data needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Digital Project Engineering team, ensuring it acts as a customer-centric one-stop-shop for digital solutions, infrastructure, and data needs.
- Deliver digital solutions through other teams by assembling delivery via building blocks, products, and services.
- Ensure portfolio officers create portfolio overviews, prioritize, and utilize our capacity effectively.
- Act as the customer demand aggregator, prioritizing workload and tasks while assessing value and cost optimization opportunities.
- Drive the maturation of the portfolio order book and processes for reliable resource planning, forecasting, and optimal utilization.
- Proven experience in leading digital engineering teams and managing intricate digital portfolios.
- Ability to build strong relationships to influence the agenda without formal authority.
- Engineering university degree (M.Sc. or PhD) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including experience in leadership.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive synergies, maximize return on investments, and cultivate a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
