Key Responsibilities
- As a key member of the DataGuard team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workplace, including day-to-day tasks and office management.
- You will be the primary point of contact for all workplace-related issues, from routine maintenance and facility management to supply ordering and catering.
- Additionally, you will support office expansion and relocation projects, bringing your ideas and expertise to the table.
- You will also be responsible for planning and executing team events, both on and off-site, to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ultimately, you will play a critical role in maintaining and fostering a high-performing, innovative, and appreciative culture within the Workplace Operations team.

Requirements
- You will need to possess organisational talent, the ability to work under pressure, and a quick learning ability.
- Ideally, you will have first working experience in a fast-moving environment.
- You will need to be fluent in German and English to liaise with colleagues, customers, and suppliers on a professional level.
- You will also need strong Microsoft Office skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Proactive and strong communication skills are essential, as well as a willingness to take on a diverse range of tasks that will enhance both your and your colleagues' working day.
