• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs for patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide emergency care as needed.

• Degree in Pflegefachperson or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in.
• Experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
