Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Labelling Manager to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the labelling area in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the labelling of our products in accordance with legal and customer-specific specifications and the Klüber standard.
  • Hand over the packed and labelled goods to the loading area.
  • Regularly implement the 5S+S specifications in the area used.
  • Monitor the warehouse KPIs for the dispatch volume and ensure the required delivery reliability.
  • Derive improvement measures and optimize work processes using lean management methods and procedures.
  • Coordinate processes with upstream and downstream processes to ensure a holistic process flow.
  • Closely coordinate with neighbouring specialist departments.
  • Support projects within logistics.
  • Represent the divisional management in the LOG DC area.
  • Manage employees in the Labelling division in line with KLM principles of leadership and cooperation.

Requirements

  • Degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or comparable training.
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of logistics, specialising in warehouse logistics.
  • Best practice experience in intra- and extra logistics.
  • Very good IT skills, especially SAP.
  • Process- and solution-orientated way of thinking.
  • Several years of experience in personnel management.
  • Above-average commitment, hands-on mentality.
  • Sound knowledge of lean management/Six Sigma methodology.
  • Team-orientation and social skills.
  • Very good command of English.
  • High stress resistance.
