Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and passionate Data Scientist to join our innovative team at Niologic. As a key member of our data science team, you will design, develop, and maintain advanced data-driven solutions that propel our customers' business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets from various sources to uncover valuable insights.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and drive business growth.
  • Create data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and optimize business processes.
  • Design and conduct A/B tests to optimize business strategies and improve customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics and modeling efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning techniques to drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data scientist role, with a strong track record of delivering business value.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in SQL and database management systems.
  • Expertise in machine learning techniques and statistical analysis, with a strong understanding of big data technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience in a specific domain, such as finance, healthcare, or e-commerce.
