CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES
We are a goal-oriented and flexible team that specializes in developing modern business applications. We are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to advance SAP and inspire our users. Currently, we are working on two applications developed by us, which digitize and optimize event management at SAP. Through our startup-like approach, we place great emphasis on agility and teamwork.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As part of our team, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our business applications, which you will implement with the help of SAP's latest technologies. To do this, you will develop a state-of-the-art backend on the SAP Cloud Platform, thereby creating the basis for our business applications. Your tasks will include:
- Developing a solid and flexible Java backend (Spring) to operate high-performance cloud solutions
- Defining and developing modern applications in close collaboration with experienced colleagues
- Supporting the entire development cycle, from definition to implementation and delivery of the finished application
- Proactively sharing ideas and knowledge with a small team of experts in an agile working environment
- Using SAP HANA to develop performant and scalable applications
- Developing a backend architecture based on best practices and reusable microservices
- Evaluating the latest trends and actively incorporating them into development
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Student (w/m) at a university or college of applied sciences, preferably with majors in computer science or business informatics
- Structured and independent working style, with a strong focus on detail and quality
- Knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language, such as Java or C#
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Sense of humor and healthy human understanding
- Advanced German and English skills
- 6-month internships are preferred
