Climate Tech Operations Assistant

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a motivated working student to support our Country Manager in Germany with various day-to-day tasks and projects. This is a dynamic role where you will gain exposure to the climate tech ecosystem while helping to fuel our commercial pipeline and assist with sales activities.
Key Responsibilities- Organize events, meetings, and other operational tasks
- Create and maintain lead lists for sales and business development
- Support sales outreach through prospecting and qualifying leads
- Assist with special projects related to market expansion in Germany
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the Country Manager's day-to-day responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and eager to take initiative
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Fluent in German and professional proficiency in English
- Interest in climate tech and a passion for making an impact
