Relationship & Distribution Support Specialist

Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) Manage Invest (BMI) is a leading provider of independent management services for global investment managers. Our team of experienced professionals offers a comprehensive range of solutions, including premium 3rd party UCITS and AIFM services for various asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a robust framework for investment fund administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Develop and maintain internal relationships with various departments and the BIL-group, fostering a collaborative environment;
- Coordinate with funds' boards of directors to ensure effective governance and facilitate quarterly board meetings;
- Oversee the (semi) annual audit process, ensuring a seamless and timely finalization;
- Maintain and update policies and procedures related to day-to-day management and operating memorandums with 3rd party service providers;
- Act as the central point of contact for distribution reporting related matters with service providers, placement agents, and distributors;
- Ensure fund data, documentation, and marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements;
- Maintain and update policies and procedures related to fund distribution/marketing;
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends and new developments in (cross-border) distribution;
- Contribute to the development of BMI's distribution service offering, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered;
- 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience with operational and client-facing expertise;
- Previous experience in setting up, administering, or distributing Luxembourg investment vehicles;
- Strong knowledge of new regulatory changes impacting the fund industry;
- Experience in central administration, depositary, and other related functions for ongoing day-to-day oversight of funds/products;
- Excellent networking skills, with a desire to build client portfolios and relationships;
- Highly organized and accurate;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an advantage;
- Ability to work under pressure.
