Join Our Team as a Product Development Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Development Intern. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for developing new product variants and optimizing existing ones to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test new product recipes using our latest prototype, The Oater Barista (v2)
  • Conduct sensory evaluations to assess the taste, texture, and overall quality of our products
  • Collaborate with our R&D team to scale up laboratory processes and ensure efficient production
  • Apply your knowledge of food science and technology to improve product development and automation

Requirements:

  • Strong background in food science and technology
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in German or English
