About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Badenova. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing construction projects for our gas network and water supply systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate construction projects for our gas network and water supply systems
  • Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and timeline requirements
  • Manage project budgets and resources
  • Collaborate with our network and plant managers to ensure smooth operation of our facilities
  • Communicate with customers and authorities, and participate in inspections and testing
  • Participate in our on-call duty rotation and contribute to a cross-functional team
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g. gas technology, electrical engineering) and a willingness to pursue further education or certification
  • Proven ability to work independently and make decisions with a business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers
  • Flexibility, resilience, and a high level of initiative and quality awareness
  • Valid driver's license (class B)
