Marketing Manager with Scientific Expertise

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager with a scientific background to join our team at the GBA Group headquarters in Hamburg. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute international marketing campaigns to acquire new customers, optimize conversion rates, and retain existing customers.
- Manage lead generation and lead management processes using our CRM system.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with international colleagues to manage social media channels and develop content marketing strategies.
- Plan and implement marketing, communication, and media strategies to promote our products and services.
- Master's degree in a natural science and professional qualification or further training in marketing/communications.
- Proven experience in marketing and corporate communications in a life science or pharmaceutical company.
- Excellent command of German and English languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for digitalization and process optimization.
