Workshop Manager

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Manager to oversee the operations of our E-Bike Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the workshop's daily activities, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer orders and communication, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Develop and implement job orders and cost estimates, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Plan and coordinate resources, including workshop supplies and equipment, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Train and mentor new workshop team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Perform repairs and inspections, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Technical education in bicycle mechanics or a related field.
- Experience in workshop management or a related retail environment.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
