Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Leadership professional to join our team at Helmi Goettler GmbH.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of approximately 35 personnel in the Maintenance department.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and budgets for the department.
- Oversee and control maintenance activities, including electrical and mechanical work.
- Coordinate and document maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities.
- Implement preventive maintenance measures to minimize equipment downtime.
- Supervise external contractors and service providers.
- Collaborate closely with the Safety Specialist and Energy Manager on-site.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Manage internal renovation projects, system installations, and key process (KP) procedures.
- Assist with special projects at the production site.
- Completed technical education with a Master's or Technician's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or equivalent experience in maintenance.
- Significant experience in maintenance leadership and technical expertise.
- Compulsory qualification as a Certified Electrical Technician.
- High technical understanding of production processes.
- Independent, proactive, and responsible work style.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Organizational and technical skills in maintenance aspects.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Basic knowledge of SAP, particularly in the Maintenance module, is desirable.
