As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and recruiting a high-performing team of account executives who drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of account executives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for our customer segment
- Analyze sales data to optimize conversion rates, time-to-sell, and other key performance indicators
- Collaborate with senior leadership, sales development, and marketing teams to drive sales growth and customer acquisition
- Exchange best practices with fellow leaders and align with central core teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Account Executive in B2B new customer acquisition
- At least 2 years of people management experience, including hiring, building, coaching, and training
- Experience in a B2B software sales team, ideally SaaS, cloud, or technology sales
- Proven track record of over-achieving set goals and targets
- Strong understanding of software sales processes and experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPICED, or other
- Fluent in German (C2) and English
