• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures
• Supervise and train cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updates on service performance
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with established guidelines and identify areas for improvement
• Resolve any operational issues promptly and efficiently

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the cleaning industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Valid driver's license
