About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Mobility Logistics Sales Employee. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advising existing and new customers on our range of rental cars, accompanying vehicle handovers and returns, and ensuring the mobility of our customers and determining individual vehicle solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising customers on our rental car range and providing personalized solutions
  • Accompanying vehicle handovers and returns to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Ensuring customer mobility and determining individual vehicle solutions
  • Preparing and presenting offers and rental contracts
  • Billing and managing rental contracts
  • Handling vehicle damage and necessary repairs
Requirements
  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • First professional experience in sales or customer service
  • Knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz product range
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
