About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead the development and success of our flagship SaaS product, AnyFleet. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
3. Work closely with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs and expectations.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing clear and actionable guidance on feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
5. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to fleet management and robotics, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
6. Analyze product metrics and performance data to track progress against goals, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Collaborate across teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

About You:
As a Product Owner, you should have a strong technical background with knowledge of fleet management systems, software development, and agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role is also necessary. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German is a plus.
