About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant/Commercial Clerk to join our team at SmartStart Personal GmbH.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage orders, track shipments, and coordinate with suppliers
  • Prepare and review financial documents, invoices, and reports
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and content creation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or financial setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
