We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant/Commercial Clerk to join our team at SmartStart Personal GmbH.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage orders, track shipments, and coordinate with suppliers
- Prepare and review financial documents, invoices, and reports
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and content creation
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or financial setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
