Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at THE MARCOM ENGINE. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for the continuous development of our software projects and services at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and optimize complex software solutions using agile approaches and predefined tech stacks
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, development team, and DevOps team to ensure seamless project execution
  • Implement innovative features and design simple administrative interfaces and table layouts
  • Maintain high-quality code and ensure performance, reusability, and documentation according to our standards
Requirements:
  • At least five years of practical experience in full-stack development of web-based applications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in backend technologies such as Node.js and Python, and basic knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL
  • Proficiency in React and TypeScript, with a focus on backend development
  • Excellent understanding of quality and UX principles
  • Agile work and teamwork motivation, with self-driven and solution-oriented approach
  • High willingness to learn, with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends
  • Knowledge of information security and information security awareness
  • Good level of English
  • Advantageous: Experience with Java, possibly Quarkus Framework
