About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E/E Project Manager to join our team at STAR COOPERATION GmbH. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth exchange of information between various E/E development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and release schedules in collaboration with E/E teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Coordinate component and vehicle testing, as well as test and defect management.
  • Prepare and present management reports to stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyze information from various E/E development teams, and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
  • Proficiency in common IT systems used in the automotive sector.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with project management methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
