We are looking for a Construction Supervisor (m/w/d) Road and Civil Engineering to strengthen our teams at our locations in Berlin and Michendorf.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise road and civil engineering projects
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in construction supervision or project management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
