Senior Frontend Developer

Flowers-Software GmbH is a rapidly growing startup in Germany, founded in 2019. The company develops innovative process navigation systems for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). As a Senior ReactJS Frontend Web Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction.
The successful candidate will play a key role in collaborating with the CTO, CEO, and senior software architect to drive the company's growth. Key responsibilities include building efficient, testable, and reusable components, developing backend-end applications in collaboration with Back-End Developers, and guiding younger developers through design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable frontend components using ReactJS
- Collaborate with Back-End Developers to develop seamless backend-end applications
- Lead and mentor junior developers to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development
- Work closely with stakeholders, including DevOps, React Team, and CEO, to drive project success
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Customize existing applications to meet specific requirements
- Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
- At least 5 years of experience as a Front-End ReactJS Developer
- Strong experience with JavaScript development, including HTML5, CSS3, and SASS
- Team and/or project management experience is highly valued
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and provide accurate time estimates
- Excellent English language skills, with German language skills considered a plus
- Ability to work independently and be flexible and focused
- Home office option (up to 50% in standard situations, 100% in urgent situations)
