Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Project Manager to join our team at REMONDIS IT Services GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing software development projects and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Track and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members, to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery and team performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in software development project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
