Your Assignment:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Operations Team Lead to join our team at TDK-Micronas GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our backend operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve backend operations efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead a team of backend operations specialists to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Monitor and analyze backend operations metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of backend operations with other business functions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our operations remain competitive.

Your Profile:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Backend Operations Team Lead who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading backend operations teams in a similar industry.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of backend operations systems and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and resources.
