Air Logistics Systems Specialist

As a member of our Air Logistics team in Hamburg, you will be responsible for managing the IT products and systems of our air freight business unit. Your tasks will include:
Your Responsibilities- Agile IT product management for the Air Logistics business unit in Germany
- Collecting and prioritizing development requirements within the Air Freight business unit in Germany
- Creating and prioritizing development stories, as well as managing the product backlog
- Implementing development requirements together with the software development team
- Developing, conducting, and documenting application-specific test scenarios
- Implementing developed solutions, including creating and conducting application training and creating documentation
- Close collaboration with involved stakeholders (e.g., IT development colleagues, IT infrastructure, data protection, information security, operational BU colleagues, external platform operators, suppliers)
- Travel activity within the German air freight organization (approximately 5%)
- Completed degree in computer science or equivalent knowledge in agile software development
- Experience in the air freight industry is desirable
- Excellent analytical skills and high project management competence
- Strong communication skills in the technical field, as well as with users
- High level of initiative and self-organization in an interdisciplinary team
- Fluent German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking
- Knowledge of Atlassian Jira/Confluence is desirable
