Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the LEGO Store München Riem Arcaden. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers
  • Drive sales by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and immersive shopping experience
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
