About the Role

We are seeking a skilled T-SQL Database Application Developer/Architect with expertise in Mathematics to join our dynamic team at PRIMA Partners Global.

You will play a critical role in the development and optimization of a key data hub application, which involves designing and implementing reliable and efficient data transformations using advanced mathematical algorithms and T-SQL.

The application's pricing engine is crucial for calculating customer-specific product prices across e-commerce systems, and the role requires advanced mathematical and database development skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data transformations using advanced mathematical algorithms and T-SQL.
  • Optimize and maintain the pricing engine module, which handles millions of price calculations.
  • Develop high-quality database solutions, complex T-SQL queries, and procedures for data import, processing, and export.
  • Provide architectural recommendations, taking into account intricate mathematical requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, leveraging strong mathematical skills.
Requirements
  • ~10+ years of relevant experience in database development.
  • ~ Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • ~ Expertise in T-SQL and advanced mathematical algorithms.
  • ~ Ability to handle complex calculations and apply mathematical principles to database solutions.
  • ~ Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, PowerShell scripting, SSRS, or SSIS is a plus.
  • ~ Knowledge of performance tuning strategies and query optimization is highly desirable.

Role Specifics
