About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Controller to join our team in Gladbeck. As a key member of our production management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules and inventory levels to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with production management to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in MS-Excel and SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
