Job Description

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Scientist Instrumentation, der unsere QC-Abteilung in Marburg unterstützen wird.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Die Durchführung von Schulungen für QC-Mitarbeiter sowie die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Audits und Inspektionen sind wesentliche Aufgaben.
  • Priorisierung der Aufgaben nach Betriebskritikalität.
  • Abstimmung mit QC-Laboren, Engineering, LES, externen Dienstleistern, Lieferanten und Qualitätssicherung.
  • Fachliche Anleitung der Mitarbeiter bei komplexen Aufgaben.
  • Ansprechpartner für Projektmanagement und Qualifizierung/Validierung von Laborinstrumenten und Software.
  • Planung und Koordination von Wartungs- und Kalibrierungsaktivitäten.
  • Überprüfung und Genehmigung der Wartungs- und Systemlebenszyklus-Dokumentation.
  • Hauptansprechpartner bei der Fehlerbehebung für Laborinstrumentierungs- und Prozessautomatisierungssoftware.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Prozessen für elektronische Laborsysteme.
  • Durchführung von Schulungen für QC-Mitarbeiter.
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Audits und Inspektionen.
Anforderungen
  • i.d.R. abgeschlossenes Studium zum Bachelor of Science, z.B. Biologie, Pharmazie, Informatik.
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement (Zusatzausbildung oder durch Berufserfahrung), Kenntnisse in den zu betreuenden Laborsystemen (Laborinstrumente und/oder Laborsoftware), Erfahrung in cGMP Quality Control, Automatisierung von Laborprozessen.
  • Englisch Level 2.
  • 4-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung.
