We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Entertainer at Center Parcs Bispinger Heide. As an Entertainer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating unforgettable memories for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a diverse entertainment program that caters to all ages and interests
- Collaborate with the Leisure team to ensure seamless execution of events and activities
- Promote the program and engage with guests to encourage participation
- Organize and host children's activities, shows, and events in Center Parcs' own characters
- Coordinate with artists and performers to ensure smooth logistics
- Encourage guests to participate in activities and events
- Operate, maintain, and upgrade the music, lighting, and video equipment
- Manage the sale and distribution of activity tickets and reconcile sales
- Stay up-to-date with trends and update the entertainment repertoire
- Maintain excellent guest relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Contribute to a respectful and efficient working relationship with other departments
- Completed a qualified education or training program
- Training or experience in entertainment techniques is desirable
- Previous experience in various aspects of entertainment, such as acting, music, singing, or dance, is desirable
- Additional artistic skills and talents are desirable
- Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
- Good knowledge of English
- Presentation of a well-groomed appearance
- Enjoyment of interacting with people
- Ability to design and host evening programs (quiz nights and bingo)
