Head of Processing and Production

Unsere Technologiezentren in Deutschland und Norwegen sind seit über 20 Jahren zuständig für Geräterückholung, zertifizierte Datenlöschung, fachgerechte Aufbereitung und nachhaltige Wiedervermarktung. Ca. 1.000 Geräte werden hier in Groß-Gerau jährlich bearbeitet, gelöscht und verkauft.

Zur Weiterentwicklung des Standortes suchen wir Sie als Head of Processing & Production.

Das erwartet Sie:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von Teamleiter:innen und Mitarbeiter:innen am Standort
  • Personal- und Budgetplanung sowie fortlaufendes Budgetcontrolling
  • Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebs auch im Hinblick auf Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltmanagement
  • Festlegen, Einhalten und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der KPIs und SLAs des Bereichs
  • Effizienzsteigerung, Kostensenkung und laufende Verbesserung der Arbeitsqualität und der Arbeitsprozesse
  • Mitwirkung in der Strategieentwicklung und -Planung in den Technologiebereichen: IT, HealthCare und Industrial Solutions (Competence Center)
  • Steuerung von Eskalationen, Change Management und Verhandlungen bei Projekten

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Qualitätsmanagement, Maschinenbau, Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition
  • Erfahrung in der Fertigung, der Automobilindustrie, der Produktion oder einem verwandten Bereich, optional Erfahrung in der ITAD-Industrie
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Technisches Verständnis und starke analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
