Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor, analyze, and identify potential security threats
- Install, configure, and maintain security systems
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Manage user access rights and permissions
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the security posture of the organization
- Develop and maintain security documentation and policies
- Relevant education or training in IT or a related field
- Knowledge of network and information security technologies
- Experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus software, and VPNs
- Understanding of network architectures and protocols, as well as their security implications
- Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
