Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Investment Team Fellow to join our investment team in Frankfurt and get involved across all investment activities for 6 months. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in tech innovation and the startup industry. Fluency in English and German language is a must, with a starting date of August 2024.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with current industry trends and the competitive landscape
  • Perform financial and commercial due diligence to support decision making
  • Participate in all aspects of investment-related processes and the preparation of transaction documents
  • Take on specific tasks to interact with our portfolio companies, analyze performance indicators, and monitor the development of the portfolio
  • Be hands-on in daily operations and function as an intersection across departments (e.g., finance, marketing, etc.)
  • Contribute to building a best-in-class growth capital investor by taking on additional ownership of multiple initiatives
Requirements
  • Passionate about disruptive technologies, entrepreneurship, and innovative business models
  • Graduated from a renowned University with an outstanding academic track-record (either in your gap-year or currently pursuing a graduate degree) in e.g., business management, computer science, engineering, etc.
  • Experience in venture capital, private equity, top-tier consulting, and/or investment banking
  • Startup experience is a plus (founder, growth, product)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and German language is a must)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • International and multicultural mindset
