About the JobWe are seeking a skilled Production Assistant to join our team at DAHMEN Personalservice GmbH. As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our production team in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the production process, including machine setup and operation
- Perform quality control checks on produced parts
- Provide material support using a forklift
- Package and label produced parts
- Perform general support tasks as needed
- Previous experience as a production assistant, production helper, or metal helper (m/w/d)
- Ability to work in three shifts
- Proficiency in reading and writing German
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Competitive salary based on IG Metall tariff
- Starting salary of €16.10 per hour
- Salary increase to €18.00 per hour after 6 months
- Additional €1.00 per hour Erschwerniszulage
