Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student in HR Management to join our People Operations team at Entrix GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting various HR tasks, including employee records management, payroll coordination, and office upkeep.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR and a keen eye for detail. You will be working closely with our HR team to ensure the smooth operation of our HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Employee Records Management: Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and managing the HRIS system (Personio).
  • Assist with Payroll Coordination: Provide administrative support for payroll, such as collecting necessary documentation and ensuring timely submission of information.
  • People Operations Support: Assist the People Team in people operations tasks, such as preparing contract templates and coordinating onboarding tasks.
  • Office Upkeep Support: Help maintain the office environment by ensuring it is tidy and organized.
Requirements
  • At least 3 semesters in Business, Psychology, HR Management or a related field, currently enrolled in a university in Germany.
  • First experience as a working student or intern in Human Resources, recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Reliable, analytical and highly-structured working style.
  • Excellent communication skills both in German and English (C1/C2 level).
