About the role

In line with the global strategy on renovation segment, we are looking for a Sales Manager for the DACH market. The scope is to strengthen our leadership and achieve our growth ambitions. It will be your mission to develop current customers and market presence of our Plastering products.

  • You conduct the sales process in accordance with the established market strategy.
  • You analyze the market potential, identify new sales channels, distributors, construction companies, purchasing groups.
  • You implement new products and take care of the continuous development of current and new customers.
  • You actively create activities supporting sales and product knowledge in the market and with customers.
  • You actively support forecasting and reporting activities.
  • You actively collaborate with the central team and colleagues from other regions.
  • Your target customers are distributors, developers companies, plaster producer, general contractors in scope residential and nonresidential segments Targets are also design offices.
  • In your role, you are responsible of the co-creating local sales strategy in accordance with central strategy, you provide directions for the activities of technical and marketing support.
  • You report to the Construction Business Leader – Renovation.

About You

Essential skills & competencies:

  • You have a technical qualification, primarily in the plastering trade / industry (master or plasterer with several years of professional experience) and an additional business education).
  • Preferably +5 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing for construction products via distribution channels, general contractors, construction companies, purchasing groups, plaster producer, etc. and deep knowledge of plaster & reinforcement solutions.
  • You're living in the south of Germany with the responsibility for southern Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Language required: German mother language, English fluent level written and spoken.
  • Good negotiation capacities, integrity, and team player.
  • Good mobility and flexibility, willing to travel.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and tools (CRM, PowerBI).
