Psychiatrist Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Assistenzarzt Psychiatrie (m/w/d) to join our team in the Bergisch Gladbach area.

• Providing comprehensive psychiatric care and psychotherapy services to patients with various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, and addiction.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conducting assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients with complex mental health needs.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in psychiatric care.

• Current German medical license ( Approbationsurkunde ) and registration with the relevant authorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
