About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Omio. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEM strategies to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROI across search engine platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEM strategies to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROI
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns
  • Manage all aspects of SEM campaigns, including budgeting, bidding, ad copy creation, and performance tracking
  • Utilize industry tools and analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM efforts with overall marketing initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our SEM strategies remain innovative and effective
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of SEM performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving successful SEM campaigns and achieving measurable results
  • In-depth knowledge of SEM best practices, search engine algorithms, and keyword research tools
  • Proficiency with SEM platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Google Ads certification or other relevant certifications preferred
  • Advancing web and app tracking infrastructure knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and solid Excel skills
  • Familiarity with major KPIs of the channel and metrics that influence KPI's performance
  • Extensive experience in campaign management and Automation
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience in processing a great amount of datasets and presenting insights
  • Knowledge of any programming language such as Python or SQL is considered a strong plus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as French and German would be beneficial
