Digital Marketing Specialist

The Specialist, Paid Search (EU) will be responsible for defining, executing, and measuring Paid Search marketing strategies to drive scalable growth for Audible. This includes agency management, campaign execution, testing, and optimization, as well as developing scalable automated processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for search keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid search
- Work with agencies to ensure search tactics align with the overarching strategic approach
- Manage, review, and perform daily responsibilities associated with performance across Google Ads, Bing, and other search platforms
- Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates
- Generate reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
- Collaborate with the CRO team to optimize landing pages for conversion
- Ensure a holistic search approach is implemented in conjunction with SEO managers
- Strong analytical and technical skills in marketing
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, self-sufficient role as well as a team support and interaction environment
- Experience with search engine marketing and paid search platforms
- Excellent communication and project management skills
This is a 24-month fixed-term contract.
