Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller (m/w/d) - Hybrid to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial controlling, business intelligence, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare regular management reports, including sales statistics, margin and contribution reports, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports, based on existing controlling instruments.
  • Conduct SOLL/IST comparisons and investigate plan deviations.
  • Develop ad-hoc reports, special evaluations, and analyses.
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials in PowerPoint in English.
  • Support the planning process and budget creation.
  • Support the development and implementation of the existing information and control system.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standards and processes.
  • Create database queries and develop PowerBI evaluations.
  • Support the annual financial statement.
  • Take on project tasks.
Requirements
  • Completed business administration studies or vocational training with a focus on controlling and financial accounting.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally experience with PowerBI and SAP.
  • High numerical affinity, strong analytical skills, and a self-motivated and diligent work style.
  • Fluent German and good English skills.
  • Open and communicative personality.
