Job Title: Chemikant/Anlagenfahrer (m/w/d) Poly/Ela

Job Summary: As a Chemical Operator/Anlagenfahrer (m/w/d) in continuous shift operation, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining polymer and elastomer production equipment at our plant.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently produce products in accordance with instructions and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to environmental and safety regulations.
  • Operate and maintain various production equipment, including disc and container systems.
  • Prepare and process raw materials, conduct reactions, and monitor equipment performance.
  • Handle hazardous materials and perform laboratory tasks as required.
  • Record production data and retrieve information from SAP.

Requirements:
  • Completion of a chemical operator training program or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of process technology and chemistry.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in German language.
  • Possession of a valid forklift operator certification is an asset.
