Building Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Service Technician/Plant Mechanic to join our team in the Singen area. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining modern and digital measurement devices in buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Install and maintain digital measurement devices such as heat cost allocators, smoke detectors, and data acquisition systems.
- Work within residential properties to ensure efficient and safe installation and maintenance procedures.
- Respond to emergency calls within the designated service area, typically close to your home location.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks on equipment, including reporting any defects or issues found.
- Achieved qualification as an Anlagenmechaniker/Gas- und Wasserinstallateur (m/w/d) or equivalent.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for precise workmanship.
- Previous experience in the trade with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- High reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with IT systems, particularly notebooks and mobile apps.
