Electronics Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Multimedia Installation Technician to join our team at Medaitec-Service GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining multimedia systems in the region of Gießen, Germany.
Key Responsibilities- Install new and repair existing multimedia systems in the Kabelnetz for high-speed internet, telephone, and digital television.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers on-site.
- Configure and test new multimedia systems, including connecting and activating the latest devices.
- Document and report on completed work using a tablet and web tool.
- Electrotechnical and technical knowledge, preferably with experience in electronics and handcraft.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of German language (at least C2 level) and a valid driver's license (Class B).
- A company vehicle for your designated area of operation, allowing you to start your workday directly at your first customer.
- A comprehensive equipment package, including tools, measuring devices, tablet, smartphone, laptop, navigation system, and high-quality workwear.
- A six- to eight-week training period with an experienced technician to ensure a smooth transition.
- Ongoing technical support and assistance from our back office and team leaders.
- A regular working schedule, short decision-making processes, a performance-based salary, and long-term employment in a secure industry.
