We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Popken Fashion GmbH. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading our graphic design team and creating visually stunning and effective marketing materials for our brands.
About the Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for:
- Leading our graphic design team and providing guidance and support to junior designers
- Creating high-quality marketing materials, including print and digital assets, such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics
- Developing and implementing visual brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies and applying this knowledge to improve our design processes and outputs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design team
- Proven experience in leading a design team and mentoring junior designers
- Excellent design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent German (C2) and excellent English (B2) language skills
