Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team at PRYM. As a key member of our Supply Chain & Operations area, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and implementation of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement holistic and integrated supply chain planning for PRYM Europe, including rolling sales planning, inventory and procurement planning based on budget and 3-year planning (S&OP)
  • Manage and control the logistics service provider of PRYM Europe, ensuring high-quality services and continuous improvement
  • Plan and implement changes in the European supply chain network to ensure strategic goals are met, including in-/outsourcing and relocations
  • Collaborate with Global Purchasing and Head of Global Supply Planning to manage suppliers, including capacity planning and supplier evaluation and development
  • Support the development and implementation of the global quality management approach for PRYM Europe, focusing on Business Process Management, Customer Complaint Management, and supplier quality management
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
  • Several years of professional and management experience in a comparable position
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SAP (R3/S4), and other supply chain planning systems
  • Experience in managing cross-functional supply chain projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and analyze complex issues
Language Skills

Fluent German and English language skills are required for this role.
