Robot Welding Specialist

META-Regalbau GmbH & Co. KG, a leading manufacturer of professional storage technology in Germany and Europe, is seeking a skilled Robot Welding Specialist to join our team.

As a Robot Welding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the production process by programming, operating, and maintaining our advanced welding robot systems.

  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement precise welding programs for various applications.
  • Set up, operate, and load our state-of-the-art welding robots and automated stations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Analyze any welding errors and make necessary adjustments to programs for optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks on the welding equipment as instructed.

Your Qualifications:

  • A completed technical vocational training program in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience operating and programming welding robots is highly advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of MIG/MAG welding processes is desirable.
  • A strong understanding of general technical principles.
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required by production needs.
  • Fluency in German and the ability to read technical drawings.
  • A structured and independent work approach, combined with excellent teamwork skills.
