Main Responsibilities

  • Own HR processes and administration for all Voltimum employees.
  • Support the CEO in all matters related to employees.
  • Review current HR practices and establish best practice regarding recruitment, employee onboarding, engagement, retention, and HR administration.
  • Support recruiting strategies, emphasizing a positive candidate experience.
  • Create and publish customized job postings on suitable job portals and track applicants using HRWorks.
  • Support the application process, ensuring managers are prepared for candidate interviews and provide timely structured feedback.
  • Establish a trustworthy first point of contact for employees regarding all things HR and help build an open and collaborative company culture.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • HR Qualification equivalent to CIPD.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Business Partner with strong Recruitment admin/support experience.
  • Experience working with employees internationally and with a strong cultural awareness and respect for employees at all levels.
  • Experience working with HR systems and ideally HRWorks.
  • Digitally savvy and ideally worked in Digital Media business.
  • Ability to build productive relationships, influence/gain confidence of senior management and employees.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, unsupervised, to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
  • Strong planning skills to deliver short, medium, and long-term activities.
  • Project management experience in rolling out HR/people initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Open, positive personality and high degree of empathy.
  • Proactive and independent way of working and growth mindset.
