As a Strategic Operations Coordinator at Publicis Sapient, you will play a vital role in supporting our leadership team with administrative and organizational tasks. You will be responsible for structuring the day-to-day business and ensuring that all processes run smoothly.

Your Impact:

  • Support of several executives
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings as well as planning and organization of events
  • Responsibility for scheduling and coordination as well as travel management
  • Internal and external communication interface for colleagues, business partners, and customers and the processing of daily national/international management correspondence
  • Responsibility for processing of travel and expense reports
  • Preparation of simple reports, presentations, and analyses
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask, and meet multiple tight deadlines
  • Ownership and coordination of small additional projects

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position or in a service environment
  • Structured approach to tasks and high reliability
  • Positive, optimistic, solution-oriented work style
  • Distinct self-management and high problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
  • Service-oriented interaction with customers and business partners
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Outlook)
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English skills

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
