Projektleiter Automotive

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Project Manager to lead our new project. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating the project, as well as building a cross-functional PMO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects independently under technical, temporal, and economic aspects
• Ensure the project timeline is met and manage the budget in cooperation with various departments
• Conduct process analyses to optimize business processes in the Automotive sector
• Guarantee project success in consultation with stakeholders
• Participate in committees to develop and optimize product development and project management
• Interdisciplinary leadership of the project team

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering, or equivalent
• Excellent experience in project management, as well as in cost, time, and budget planning in the automotive or supplier industry
• Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Willingness to travel
• Confident and reliable appearance
• Decision-making ability, goal-oriented behavior, and a team-oriented working style
